What tradies borrow for
- Vans and utes: a second work vehicle, or a fit-out with racking and storage
- Tools and equipment: drain cameras, jetters, excavators, scaffolding and specialist gear
- Materials: buying stock up front for a bigger job
- Commercial contracts: covering wages while you wait 30 to 60 days for invoices to be paid
- Hiring: taking on an apprentice or extra staff to meet demand
Winning bigger contracts
Commercial and builder contracts often pay on 30, 45 or 60-day terms, so you’re paying staff and suppliers long before you’re paid. A short-term loan covers that gap so you can say yes to the work. We look at your existing trading to make sure the repayments are affordable even before the new contract pays.
Trades we lend to
Plumbers, electricians, carpenters, builders, concreters, painters, tilers, roofers, landscapers, HVAC and refrigeration technicians, mechanics, cleaners and more. Sole traders and companies are both welcome. See sole trader loans.
How it works
- Check eligibility. Tell us about your business in a 3-minute form. No documents and no credit check at this stage.
- Connect your bank. Share read-only business bank data through a secure link, so we can see how you actually trade.
- Review your offer. You get one summary: the loan amount, the term, your weekly repayment and the total to repay, including all fees.
- Get the funds. Sign online and the money is paid to your business account.
